The Standard Bistro & Larder, a soon-to-be-open restaurant and butcher shop, is looking to hire a few experienced meat cutters. We will be processing entirely whole-animal for retail and restaurant needs. Looking for a few years of whole-animal experience, including some sausage and charcuterie experience, and are very willing to train eager learners. Relevant retail and culinary experience is a plus.
