In keeping with our goal to integrate our local food system, we are looking to hire a butcher who is excited about the opportunity to run an in house butchery with smokehouse for a cured, cooked and smoked meats; creating new products and integrating them into the menu of our restaurant. We will provide training on the equipment and existing recipes, but a background in meat cutting or culinary training is preferred.
